Ultimate Smoothie

This is delicious snack and an easy way to get energy and nutrients. It's quick and you can take it on the go. Switch up the flavor with different fruits, greens, nuts, and seeds. Smoothies are a great way to increase calories for athletes and others who have increased energy needs.
Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 c water
2 banana
2 c frozen berries
2 kale leaf, without stem
1 T flaxseeds, ground
2 T pecans

Add all ingredients to a blender and turn it on. Blend until smooth. Don’t over blend because it will warm the smoothie. Add a more water if you want it thinner and less if you like a thicker smoothie. Pour and enjoy!
