Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 c water
2 banana
2 c frozen berries
2 kale leaf, without stem
1 T flaxseeds, ground
2 T pecans
Add all ingredients to a blender and turn it on. Blend until smooth. Don’t over blend because it will warm the smoothie. Add a more water if you want it thinner and less if you like a thicker smoothie. Pour and enjoy!
